West Coast Spas have a large range of saunas, from indoor far infra red saunas to outdoor saunas and even traditional saunas. While Far Infrared seem to be the most popular there are still people who prefer the traditional heat rocks type of sauna; this is where water is poured over the rocks and a steam is produced. Infrared saunas have many advantages over the traditional type.
